API legacy plus console help

Can anyone explain to me the signal flow with the API legacy plus consoles? The eq's and compressors at the very top like that, (500 series) are they just patchable? Are they on the inserts? I've got the rest figured out but that's throwing me off and i might be working on one sometime in the future. any help would be appreciated greatly!

If you're talking about eq's or compressors that are not on the actual channel strip itself but mounted elsewhere on the console, they should just be patchable (via inserts or what have you). It's been about 5-6 years since I've worked on a Legacy but, if I understand your question, that should be the correct answer.
