| I think the dynaudios and Adam A7's fall into that range. Have experience with they dynaudios ,and they are fine, fit into a small space well, good sound. I am curious to how the New Mackie 824 mkII sound. |

| Sorry But I disagree, I wouldn't mix just with headphones, not to mention in the long run, its harder on your ears. |

| I lke my HD280s, but there are lots over here: HeadRoom - Right Between Your Ears Look for neutral ones that are comfortable. Make sure to check your mixes in a decent sized room on decent speakers from time to time as well. As for listening too loud - don't do it with headphones or monitors. -tINY |

| Lives for gear | thanks I have hd600's and they are ok but i want mixin and vibin speakers for predominantly electronic, sampled and programmed music.. im think pmc db1+s at the mo but am open to alternatives peace
