A patch cable...

Because I'd get to slam into tight holes on a regular basis!

I'd be a brickwall limiter. There's only so much I can take.

Depends on the day and what I'm doing;

If a certain young lady singer is coming in I want to be the microphone.

If a certain producer is coming in I want to be Pro Tools, so I can mess with him big time, for payback.

I would want to be a Avalon 737 compressor, I like is soft with a slow attack, only problem if it was a real engineer doing me, i would get tossed for being slack, maybe it would be a dumb blonde using me instead !!!

My wife would be the powered near-field monitors, while I am the condensor mic plugged into a Safe Sounds P1 with phantom power turned off!

I'd be a U47. Everything I hear gets a little distorted, but that's ok.

I'd be an FMR RNC.

-I'm not that great looking.
-I'm not useful for everything.
-I'm not great.
-I'm great for the money.

I would be that broken piece of shit that you keep in the back room.
The thing that you say that you are going to fix and bring into the control room some day, and when you do... it'll be amazing... but until then, I'm just a broken piece of shit in the back room.

...or a mop.
