| The Digidesign Challenge I wouldn't be surprised if there is already a thread one this, but I wasn't able to find anything obvious through the search engine. Has anyone checked out the challenge they have on their web site or have any thoughts on it? Just curious. They basically took mixes done on an SSL G series and then tried to reproduce them ITB (of course mainly using the waves SSL plugins). Pretty interesting. |

| As I said, doing searches for it showed nothing. Perhaps it's under something that doesn't include "digidesign" or "challenge"? EDIT: I just did the search again to be sure, and like before nothing turns up. Perhaps it's under some obscure name? |

| I only wonder what you are over compensating for by being so snide and rude. I actually found it before his post, but like I said, the search function would NOT turn it up. The only way I was able to find it was by removing "digidesign" from the the search despite that that word is mentioned in almost every post of the thread. So enjoy feeling that you are somehow elite or that other people are somehow stupid because of this. It's also funny that since it's so easy, that you couldn't simply post a link. |

You're a snippy little thing aren't you? I was just poking fun, thought it was kind of funny that a guy with 2 posts could find a thread before a guy with 150. Lighten up a little bit will ya? It'll make your blood pressure and hypertension go down considerably. Who's the one being rude, the first sentence in your post here is incredibly rude. Come on over to homerecording.com and have a chat with me in the cave.

The reason gearslutz is successful is because there are people here who help each other. If you feel you need to belittle other people because they are having trouble with something as minute as the search engine, then clearly you are trying to over compensate for something. I think you should stick to homerecording.com where maybe it is more acceptable to try and belittle people. But it's not well tolerated here. You did not have to respond with snide remarks as it was completely uncalled for and I think everyone else here would agree.
