Apex 460 mesh removal

Hey all,

What's the easiest way to remove the inner grill from an Apex 460 mic? I've read a few posts, but haven't come across a clear method. Thanks,

C

Take a dremel tool and cut through the weld on either side. Take care not to go through the outermost layer. Then, take some pliers and pull the stuff out. I can't remember if they spot weld any points up inside, but if so, you can probably just pull it out with the pliers, as you won't be able to get the dremel in there.
