No, moreso the power supply likely is horrid, which makes all other compoents also horrid sounding.

These are pretty horrid. Grainy sounding, noisy, and lots of crosstalk. That said, I did a lot of work on one back in the day and it did the job it needed to do...it just didn't sound great...
