latency problems

Anyone know what I am doing wrong here? This is what happend:
I bounced a few tracks down from protools to disc, went for a car ride to listen to them on car stereo and noticed I wanted to make a few changes.
Went back into protools, changed a few things around, and bounced the tweaked tracks to a new disc.
The new disc has tracks with midi keyboards off time. Its very obvious and kindas embarrasing to listen to.

Any help is appreciated.

If you are using the Virus synth, I've had this happen too. It's a bug in the plug-in and all you have to do is change a setting and then change it right back to what you originally had it at and things will be fine. I've noticed AltiVerb cutting out one channel after soloing other channels and you have to restart the session in order for that to work correctly again.
