Batch Extract Regions In PT, need help.

Pro Tools Newbie here. I know how to do this in Logic.

I have three tracks here.
Close and 2x Room Mic.

I have stripped silence and want to extract the 30 or so things I have recorded with this mix so I have them individually.

Is there an export by region bounce in PT? So I get the mix of the three tracks broken down to these stripped silence regions?

I want to export to WAV and down convert from 96k.

Or do I need to do a general bounce region by region?

you just have to select all the regions (do this by highlighting them in either the region list, or more easily the edit window)

then at the top of the region list window
click on the menu and there should be a 'extract region as file' command
thats what you are after

i dont know if you can do them all at the same time
maybe youll have to do them one by one
either way
the little section you highlight will come out as wavs or whatever
you can also sample rate convert when you do this, a dialog box comes up

I would like to have 1 stereo file of a mix of the three tracks. The file should be the length of that region and so on for all of the regions.

bounce is the only way i know of to do this .. check add bounce to region list ... i am not in front of it but i think you can check this ... then once it is in your region list do the exprot regions as files and do the down convert ...
