pop country and pop rock seem to be the music selling

Looking at the charts from last year til now.
Seems like if you want to make a go at it in the industry, pop rock or pop country is the way to go. Most of those genres are selling multiplatinum.
for pop rock
Nickelback over 5mil sold
daughtry 3mil sold
hinder 2 mil sold
fray 3mil sold
kelly clarkson 6mil sold"her last album was kinda rockish pop soundin"

country pop
carrie underwood 6mil sold
rascal flatts 4mil sold

So i guess if you could make an album with a country-rockish sound, than have that big pop vocal in the mix. You will do pretty damn well!!
