We are still working out of a basement studio but things going pretty well. It's kind of a different scene up here in Canada, especially Winnipeg, as there are not alot of big time studios to choose from, but there is an insane abundance of small time or basement studios here in this city. And to actually be making a living off this is good enough for me. Here is my site... www.2020audio.ca look under the gear section to see the pics! |

The clips on your site sound great. It looks like you are running a nice place and a nice business. The competing studios look pretty sweet as well, but I'm sure you will find clients appreciating what you folks are doing. Thanks for posting the links. :-)

The site and the studio look good. You need to get the monitors up so they don't fire at the console. And put the Soundelux and Neumann mics at the top of your list! Good luck,

The website looks good, but I'd sure take the photo of the Ampex 440 off the site real quick. That thing looks like it sat out in a vacant lot in a dust storm for a couple of months before you took the photo. All the rest of the gear looks like it is well cared for....but that 440 really looks lame. A good cleaning and a little paint is in order.

Soundelux U189? perhaps you meant U195 ... . Were you involved in recording the music that's playing while loading your site? Sounds great....and somewhat familiar... |
