Good Book for learning room acoustics???

hello slutz. the last year i've made a lot of investments in gear for my studio. one area that is lacking is the sound quality of some of my rooms. i would like to read up on surfaces, room modes, bass traps, etc. Does anyone know of a book they would suggest?

Not a book, but chock full of practical info and advice - and it's free:

Acoustic Treatment and Design for Recording Studios and Listening Rooms

There's a lot of additional non-sales technical information in the form of articles, videos, and downloads on my company's site, linked under my name below.

Not exactly for room acoustics, but a must-have for all studio folks IMO and a great primer (and then some) on the theory behind what we do – the Yamaha Sound Reinforcement Handbook.
