hey I searched around and looked at all the ones (current 500 series mic preamps) I know of......sorry if this is obvious to you. do you know of any being made currently? thanks, as always, GS.

The gain is stepped, 5dB per, with the output level control giving you about a -20 to +10 range for a total of 70dB gain max.
