Event SP-8 blown tweeter or possible amp problems...

On one of my monitors the tweeter has become very very harsh sounding. Would there be anyway I could test and find out if its a blown tweeter or if its a bad amp? If I put the sensitivity knob all the way up on that monitor its just a little bit louder than the other monitor that has input sensitivity at 12 oclock.

My opinion is totally different. I've sent them 10 emails and never received an answer. Maybe I'm not from the US

Ive had great success with their customer service. Try and call and contact Q. He helped me out A TON. I had a bad power unit on my asp8's and he sent me a new part and let me replace it myself. I didnt have a ton of luck with emails becuase they are so busy, but try calling.

Give them a call. Email isn't the best.

I came into this thread to write that exact same thing. I had a bad ASP8 amp a few months ago, and Q sent me a new one - didn't even want me to send them the old one. Their customer service cannot be beat.
