Arrow Clive Davis offers Kelly Clarkson $10,000,000 to....

Pick up the new edition of Elle Magazine. The old man offered her 10 million bucks to ditch 5 of her own songs and instead put 5 Dr Luke tracks on the record. How desperate has this industry become?

Talk about spine. Kelly deserves major respect for this! Glad she isnt another "hey hey, you you... i dont like your girlfriend" puppet.

UPDATE:

DAMN! I'd be ALL over that!

Songs are like kids...If someone offers you 10 million dollars, you hand them over, and start making more!

...and of course everything that you read in a magazine like Elle is true.

This especially true of things relating to the entertainment industry.

I guess it was a successful pairing in the past:

Dr. Luke - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"Dr. Luke, also known as Doctor Luke, Luke Gottwald, Lukasz Gottwald, (birth name Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald) is a musician, songwriter and producer who has written and produced for artists such as Kelly Clarkson, Lady Sovereign, Kelis, Avril Lavigne, Marion Raven, Missy Elliott, P!nk, Lil Mama, Mos Def, The Backstreet Boys, Daughtry, The Veronicas, Britney Spears and Skye Sweetnam. Dr. Luke was the guitar player in the Saturday Night Live band for ten seasons (ten years), leaving the band at the end of the 2006-2007 season."

Thanks, but I thought it was kinda given that people on here know who Luke is and what he has done. He also produced the "hey hey, you you... i dont like your girlfriend" puppet. Luke is to Rock/Pop what Max Martin was to Bubblegum Teen Pop in the late 90s. Oddly enough Max co-writes a lot with Luke...
