Looking for Studio Space in Calgary, AB

Hey all.

My business partner and I are on the prowl for commercial space that may have already had itself carved into a studio-like shape and form, in Calgary, Canada.

While I know it's unlikely in such a relatively small town, I just had to ask.

Anybody trying to get their lease taken over? We need something pronto. We've got all the gear, and we've already got clients lining up ... we just need a bloody space already in this cramped real estate market!!!!

Anyone who knows anything, by all means, let me know :-)

Good luck with the hunt. I recall rent was getting crazy back in 1996 when I left Cow Town so I can't even begin to imagine what comemrcial space is going for now.

When are we gonna play a gig together? Soon I hope.

Oh, we'll be playing together. We're in the middle of rehearsals right now .. our live show was a bit neglected as of late... we'll be ready to go in a month or so, so let's get talking soon!!

And yeah, it's a bitch to find a place that's decent rent wise. And now we're just praying for something that's somewhat constructed that we can just "reinforce" instead of building from scratch. Should be interesting, this hunt.
