Hi Rep, Currently there are three distinct Apogee product lines: The Mini-Series -- Mini-Me, Mini-DAC and Mini-MP The Rosetta Series -- Rosetta 800 and Rosetta 200 (coming in a few months) The X-Series -- AD-16X and DA-16X, (coming the end of March) and Big Ben. The X-Series at this time is the only category that will feature the C777 clock. While I cannot comment on unannounced products I can tell you that there will be more products in the X-Series category in the future. |

Hmmmm.... just stumbled across the info on the new AD/DA-16X line today. Bought my first Rosetta 800 when they came out, and got my second one last week. And now I read about this AD-X line with Big Ben-style clocking? Should I be upset? Would I be better off with two of the AD/DA boxes than with two Rosetta 800's...??? Or maybe I'll win the Big Ben giveaway and I won't have to worry about it... |

but I really like the Rosetta series and don't think you went wrong in any way. Its more about connections at this point, what hooks up and works for you , as the converters become really subjective at that point they are both first rate.thumbsup | |
