| Lives for gear | levels?
hi there. how hot do you record/submix your digital tracks. lately i've been submixing my tracks fairly hot. i find that at the final mix stage i have to keep the track levels low to keep the outputs from my delta 1010 from overloading. this is a managable solution, i'm just surprised at how low i have to keep the individual tracks. i guess this is a gain structure question of sorts. any advice?oh, i'm using logic on a p.c.
