| Maybe Lexicon will get back in the business of delivering a pro product. Any details?

| They never would have stopped had there been demand for it. Perhaps the statement should be, "Maybe Lexicon will make a PCIe card that does what a 960 does for $1k." That is what we expect now.

| Looks like it's being sold to a finance company, probably some number crunchers who know nothing about audio or music or the pro market. Hard to imagine that'll be a good thing.

| The kick in the head would be the discovery that Uli Behringer is the head of this coporation. All product would be rebranded Behringer, and Behringer line arrays, large format consoles, microphones, etc would finally be acceptable in all tech riders. |

| I believe it was KKR + another that purchased Harman. Equity Investment (or the other way around?). No, they don't know anything about consumer or pro audio. Nor should they have to. Nor should the top of Harman. That's not their job. The good news is that they didn't sell to liquidators, they didn't sell to jerkface hedge-fund bozos, and they didn't sell to a competitor. So, they'll probably be in business, because that's how KKR makes it's money. They use other person's monies to buy companies, fix 'em up, and share the profits. If Harman was taken over by shareholders.....then I'd worry. Otherwise, the intentions are going to remain the same. How they get there, I wouldn't assume. | Harmon Music Group just repaired my early Digitech Valve FX processor. Did a complete function refurb for $85.00 a few months ago. It took two trips to thier factory service shop, but she's fixed. Hope that kind of service continues. Wonder what will happen to Infinity
