looking for property in LA (west side) for studio

space requirements:

-2 medium sized control rooms, each large enough for a neve or api
-one large tracking room
-room for 4 to 5 other smaller rooms for pro-tools suites, administration, storage, and mic locker.

I am still working on what this would be in terms of possible square footage,
but any leads would be appreciated.

Ready to move on this immediately.

Damn Chisjin, biz must be good!

Wanna move into a room a little further south?

We've got a medium size CR and a 700 sq. ft tracking room, Writing room, and two Iso's, (one large one a large vocal booth, small office, and a18x10 lounge. It all add's up to about 1800 sq. ft. If that helps.

Thanks Craig. I am looking for the space for someone that I am working for. I am just excited about potentially being involved and trying to help in the search. He has not found the right space yet.

If anyone knows of an LA studio that may be going out of business soon, please PM me. Taking over an already existing studio space could work.

Craig.......(Cajone)........I talk to Danny Cambell about checking outyour CR.....We are getting kicked out of our place in Encinitas.....so we are relocating the studio.Danny said to come on down to check it out to see if it would be a good match.I thought i would give you a heads up on the idea to see what you thought.I met you one day over at Proxy ....you helped me out with a bad CDR copy I was concerned that it was crackling on a clients playback system.Anyway ...thanks for taking the time out on that day to help a fellow gearslut in their time of need......much appreciated!We are consider a few options such as buying (market is sooooo Frickin high),keeping the studio home based or relocating studio to a seperate location......MOVING SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!Tell Danny Ill give him a call to set a time to come on down or you can Email to cordinate things if you want.
