Looking for an engineer in the NJ area

Hello,
I am about to start building a studio in my basement in my New Jersey home. The location is about 1 hour outside of manhattan. I have experience as a recording artist, but very little experience as an engineer. I am looking for someone who would be interested in consulting with me, and helping me put it into production. I have all necessary space, funds, and construction connections to move forward with this, but I need someone knowledgeable about acoustics and equipment to help me move forward. I would prefer to have someone who is familiar with recording R&B/pop vocals as this will be the primary purpose of the studio.
If this person also has experience with vocal production that would be great and could lead to further work once the studio has been built. Please write in if interested! Or, if you know a better place for me to be looking, that'd be great as well! Thank you so much!
