Thread Starter | When promoting Dance music, which media to send : MP3, cd or vinyl?
is it still worth spending money on vinyl nowadays : is sending vinyls to "real" record labels and DJ's a good thing? Same question with CD's : What's the best : mp3's in record labels' mailboxes with nice presentation attached or send CD's directly to them? Thanks Charly WARGNIER |

To record companies; send both CD as mp3, you will get the best chance to be heard that way. To dj's; find out what the dj's using, if he still plays vinyl, definitly send vinyl, there will be a great chance he will actually play you then. If he's using a digital medium, don't waste the money on vinyl. |
