UA plugins with protools and nuendo

I am using PTLE, using mostly ua plugs and some waves plugs for mixing. I wanted to give Nuendo a try while keeping PT. Would I be able to switch between the 2 Daw's with out problems with the wrapped ua plugs?

You would use the VST UA plugs, they install automatically. Should be no issue.
