Converting a garage into a studio?

Hi guys. I'm looking into converting my 2 car detached garage into a small home studio. Can you guys recommend a good designer in Los Angeles? I don't know if I'm in the ballpark, but I'm looking to spend about 50k. (Only for construction, not for gear). Any info you have on the subject would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Your LOOKING TO SPEND? SLUT.

call Chris Pelonis if ya got that kinda dough. But honestly--- you could easily build out a garage, with HVAC and design for more like 20k.... tops.
