Thread Starter | seeking Portland Maine voiceover studio
Hi All I am producing an audiobook with the Author reading. I will need to record this in Portland Maine. I will require a comfortable studio with ProTools, Nuemann u87, very clean Pre's (Hardy, Grave...) and a fairly large Iso Booth. Studio should have a nice lounge and a Hotel nearby. Any suggestions? |

I live 2 hours north of Portland and do quite a bit of audiobook work. I can't help you as I'm in Maui, Hawaii right now for awhile...but in addition to The Studio suggested by Warren, you might try Bill Dufrese in Cumberland, just a bit north of Portland. Don't know about the U87. There is also Studio Dual in Cape Elizabeth just south of the city, run by John Etnier who shows up here now and again. Bob Ludwig at Gateway Mastering in Portland may know some other locals. Good luck... Bruce Boege Limin Music Northport, Me |
