Free VST de-esser recommendations?

There are a few of them out there, just wondering if anyone has any pointers on the best free ones.

he could charge $300 for spitfish and it'd still be a bargain. sometimes ya need two in series, working less but on different freqs.

Am I ever glad to know that I'm not the only one loving the Digital Fish Phones.

My most typical Vocal chain ITB is Floorfish -> Blockfish -> Spitfish.

Love those plugs! thumbsup

spitfish

I like rendeesser better for vocals, but spitfish works fine and is very versatile as well.

And I too use blockfish and floorfish all the time. In fact, floorfish is absolutely my favorite gate/expander.

Best de-esser: Editing. It's free.
Otherwise you will defnitely lose something...
If it's for a crowded mix or for live situation, I often use URS 1970 with sidechain.
