This refers to new stuff, but I its getting trickier to buy vintage stuf likefa U47 too. It seems the Fender Strat Fake Company ltd. is taking over the vintage audio gear market..... Quite a few gear forums I'm on have been watching the progression of fake Gibsons as they get better and better on the ebay - each round of sales seems to fund better, more accurate tooling. I am always reminded - if a deal sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
