Gated Compound w/ Architectural Home and Full Recording Studio

Hello! This Norm Kerner-former Record Producer/Engineer/Mixer/Composer/Session player/Studio Designer/Owner....present Real Estate agent based in LA who specializes in properties, both residential and commercial, with existing Recording Studios-or the great potential to create one.
I want to tell you about a great new listing I have in the south Culver City area, not far from the beach. It's a fabulous gated compound which has a 1993 Architectural home-3 bed, 2 bath of about 2300 sq ft--and-at the rear of the lot--a Studio with nicely tuned Control Room, Tracking room, Lounge w/ separate entrances from the main house-separate parking-and it's own basketball court! The Studio was built by the present owner in'94 and has been working ever since. Recent clients include Pete Yorn, Liz Phair, Minnie Driver, Brad Wood as well as many TV and film soundtracks. Best news is that because of the layout of the property this room can work 24 hours a day at all volumes-with no neighbor problems and no bleed into the main house.
This is a really cool place. It's at 11811 Hammack St Culver City 90230 List Price is $949,000. Seller is willing to sell with or without all equipment for the right buyer. (you KNOW I already have my eyes on the Pultecs...gotta figure out a way to liberate those

I have other cool studio props available if you're in a higher or lower price range. (There's a really cool house w/ a guest house studio right now in Atwater Village-not far from the old Beastie Boys studio-around 650K!) Thanks for checking this out! Keep on making great sounds everyone! nk
