READYACOUSTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have ordered a few readyacustic bags from Joel in the middle of December. That was the white color that he didnt have in stock until later. I have received the package today, the material is beautiful, workmenship is great. He put more then a few extra pieces in for me for the wait. He made me very happy and I will definitely buy more from. He is a gentleman and a scholar. Thank you Joel.

Great product, great price, and great service. I did have a couple of bad zippers in my batch of 15 bags (the red ones). But other then that, I think these guys are on to something. At these prices, there is no excuse not to treat your room!

Thanks Gabor, you were very kind and patient, and we thank you sincerely.

Thanks so much,

Joel

The absolute best costumer service I ever got was from acoustics companys. Those guys are willing to share so much knowladge!

And even to someone who is seriously thinking about DIY, for financial reasons, so clearly not your best client (if client at all... in my case not)! Have to say hatts off for Ethan here!

Thanks Joel, I was able to arrange them so the zippers were not showing. I was so pleased overall with your product, new bags are not nessasary, nor do I want to pull that 703 out again!
Maybe just check your last order of red 4" bags. The black ones were perfect.
Thanks again-

Ready Acoustics service is great

I'm very happy with the bags

I also got 2 red ones with bad zippers, and Joel sent me new ones very quickly.

In addition to doing great service on the walls and ceiling, extra 703 panels in the bags make great gobos.
