Good phaser for $100-120?

Can anybody recommend me a good phaser for under 100?.

I'm thinking about getting the small stone nano! from what i hear it's a lot like it's big brother but without the volume drop!.

a lot of people have recommened the MXR phaser, but for some reason i'm not to keen on MXR.

the phase 100 looks cool! More versatile than the 90! but i just don't know!

It seems like these are the only good pedals under $100

any suggestions would be helpful! please help a fellow out

Like many pedals, phase pedals are very subjective in tone. If you're evaluating them without listening and playing through them, you're doomed. Go to TrueTone in Santa Monica or a local Sam Ash/Guitar Center and try several out. For under $100, I liked the MXR Phase 90 best, but it's also an effect I use sparingly to never.

I'm a fan of the Nano Small Stone but I wouldn't call it "versatile" if that's something you're looking for.

I like the MXR Phase 100. Switchable waveforms, but still simple to use. It sounds like I want a phaser to sound, my reference / first encounter being what Peavey used to feature on their amps long ago.

MXR & EH are equally solid pedals. Phase 90 is a classic.

MXR/Dunlop/Way Huge reissue are all same (made in the USA) company.

A script-logo phase 90 is a great phaser, I would stay away from the standard block letter version, sounds like a toy. The Small Stone is a good choice as well.

I got the EVH version of the MXR phaser. I love it in it's script mode. I probably overspent on it since I only needed something simple, but I do love it. I also got the flanger on the same day, I'm such an Eddie fanboy.

Script Phase 90 or Phase 45.

It's way out of the cited price range, but the king daddy of phasers for me is still my Mu-tron. That's the benchmark when I think of swirly, thick, head-trippy phasing.

the Joyo phaser is a great Phase 90 approximation, and it doesn't boost your signal like some of them do. Got mine new on ebay for $25 (free shipping). Sounds great!
