Besides my Beatle ties, Beatle boots and Telefunken shirt? Pliers, cloth, picks, stand, tuner, strings, case, humidifier.

For acoustic, I would say,
stroboclip tuner
bone saddle
extra strings
capo
case
For electric,
strobostomp or stroboclip (if playing solo)
extra strings
picks of all shapes and densities
case
sm57 (sometimes the soundguy's assortment of mics is downright terrifying.)

Snark Tuner
Super Bullets 10's strings
String winder/cutter
Dunlop .73 picks
Smokey amp - just in case amp head breaks/cuts out, this will power a 4x12 cab
microfiber cloth for cleaning

Cables, amp, picks, spare strings, stand.
After that
Pegwinder - Unless you have locking winders this is a necessity, otherwise replacing strings becomes a huge PITA.
Swiss Army Knife - the width of the pliers is exactly right for bending the strings to either side (once you grip the string in the pliers) to fit onto your pegs and stay in place while you wind, and then you can clip the excess wire with them too. The screwdriver is also invaluable for adjusting and dismantling parts of the guitar.
Rag/Towel/Cloth/Chamois - A clean guitar is a better sounding guitar. I prefer bar towels, they're dirt cheap, you can lightly dampen them and clean the fingerboard (or use some spit if you prefer), add more water and use a soldering iron to help repair dings, arrange screws and other bits and bobs that have a propensity for rolling on them if you ever have to dismantle any parts of your guitar, and coincidentally tie them around the neck as a cheap
damper when tapping. Also they're good in case of Vogon, although not as good as a beach towel.
Slide - I prefer metal
e-bow - Great for those U2 with or without you moments
