I have one of these that my son had used back when he had a band. I just recently pulled it out of the closet to see if it still works. I hooked it up to a small PA speaker and it doesn't sound too bad, although the reverb didn't work initially. I pulled the back off to see what was up and in the process pulled a ribbon cable out of its connector which connects the front and back panels together. Plugging this back in got the reverb working, so I think the ribbon cable may have been loose to begin with. If the price is right for the appearance/condition of the picture you showed and it works, it would probably be OK for a rehearsal space amp. The graphic EQ slider shafts are metal on the one I have, so it would be interesting to know why those are missing.
