Where should I place my RC Booster in the Chain

I realize I should experiment and place pedal where my ears tell me it sounds the best. I am interested, however, in the wisdom of this group's experience. Here is the chain:

78 Fender Tele Deluxe (Two Humbuckers) > TC Electronics Polytune > ModTone Funk Filter > Ibanez TS 808 Tubescreamer > Marshall Regenerator RG-1 > MXR Carbon Copy > Egnater Rebel 30 1 X 12 Combo/Mesa Boogie 5:25 Express 1 X 12 Combo

I plan on experimenting both immediately before the tubescreamer and immediately after ... Thoughts on those locations or some other location?

It really depends on what you want out of the pedal. At the end of the chain and on all the time it will act as final compensation for any loss of signal you cables and pedals may impose. In front of the overdrive you will drive the ts-808 harder for solos which might sound better than boosting after the 808 as that might raise your level but bring out the more transister sound of the pedal depending on the eq setting. There is no best. Some use the RC at the front to compensate going from a humbuckr PU to a single coil. It;s really up to you.

+1. What are you looking for it to do?

I used to have my Keeley Katana boost before my overdrives, and it pushed them into overload, but realized i wanted to have boost after to act as a clean/dirty solo. worth trying out.

I actually want to use it as a clean boost, with a touch of grit and maybe some crunch. I drive the tubescreamer plenty with simply switching my amp to the dirty channel. I really don't plan on using the boost pedal with the tubescreamer at all, at least that wasn't my intent.
