Fishman or Fender Acoustic Amp?

I finally realized I need an amp for small gigs and a monitor. It would be nice if I could also use it for electric (even if I need a pedal or seperate head to do so). The Fender Jr. I borrow may be getting sold by it's actual owner... Partly due to that, and other considerations I need an FX loop. I also will run a vocal mic through it for small gigs, or if I want a condensor live. If I had to buy right now, I would get the Acoustasonic 150. I also had recommended the Fishman series, so I'd be looking at probably the Fishman Loudbox Artist. The Acoustasonic has electric guitar settings, and some solid state amp modeling both for different acoustic sounds and some classic fender amps. Also an extra 50W and stereo capabilities, but the Loudbox is probably plenty loud. I'm just looking for peoples opinions I suppose. Mostly, would the Fishman have a better quality sound, or is there really much difference in that regard?
