Very good mic and worth a lot more than its price. Compares very well beside a purple badge U87. Figure8 pattern(in a proper acoustic space) can make vocals sound bigger, and can also be used to null a heavy breathing acoustic player.

Solid Drivers and great mixer software: total mix. The firewire interface has been replacedby USB in the new model UFX. My main criticism would be the DAC but tis card's life could easily be extended by purchasing an external DAC.
