Thread Starter | Running a live show on PT HD
I'm going to be running a live show in a digital studio's live room. Instead of bringing in an analog board, I was thinking about just running off of PT - HD and I have a couple of questions. Will the latency be a problem if using ITB delay/verb etc, or can HD handle it so that it won't be noticeable for the performers? It's just a one shot deal/promotion. 5 piece rock outfit with room for about 80 people in the live room. I'm hoping to do it painlessly with the available gear and I'm just wondering if I'm asking for trouble |

I record to SCSI, so I never had one hickup. I also used 3 Digi PREs, so it was very simple and compact. | |
