Exclamation Looking for a custom stage box manufacturer for 24 ch 4 way split box w/ multipins

Hey guys!
I am looking for a good company to build a stage box for mobile recordings. I have 24 jensen 4-way split transformers in a box that I want to canabalize to make this and I also want to use some third party w4 knockoffs that are about half the price of whirlwind's. This takes whrilwind out of the picture (plus they are way to expensive). The guys I usually get my cables from don't delve in this arena so I am looking for a few suggestions. Any would be appreciated !
Thanks!
Mario

Tell me more...

What do you want this box to do?
IE:

Multipin connectors on all outputs or just one or two of the outputs with XLR outs for the remaining output?

Separate ground lifts on each channel, on each output or on just one or two outputs and the remaining always lifted or not...

What kind of wiring?: Canare, Mogami, Belden, etc.

Rack mountable box or stage box style?

What about the connectors?

How fast do you needs this?

That sort of thing -- The more information you can give me the best...

We may have sometime to make this box for you.

Furthermore, when you said 4 way are you including the direct output? Or are you looking for a five way splitter box. One direct and 4 secondary outputs? Jensen does make a 4 way splitter XFMR.

Rack mountable box or stage box style? Probably go stage box style but if you have suggestions it would be appreciated

What about the connectors? W4 with snakes going to XLR connectors Neutrik gold
How fast do you needs this? Within the next 6 months

I have 24 JT-MB-E trannys already. I will probably use 3 tranny splits and 1 direct but am willing to take advice on this or any other feature of this box. I know where I can get the W4 (copies) connectors for @ $150 each. The trannys are in a box I bought of ebay. I can provide pics but there are long leads available on all Trannys. I want to canabalize the box I have. I want to add another 8 cinemag traanys (they used to be Riekenback) to make a 32 channel snake (Thinking of making the snake 40 or 48 but don't know if that is ove kill). I would want to make 2 snakes, I - 25' long with XLR, the other 250' long with 4 8 channel multipins going into a patchbay ( I have an ADC patchpay I want to wire these multin-pins to .) As you can tell, this is a big project so if you want send me a PM with your contact info so we can talk. Thanks for replying!
Regards,
Mario
