Aaargh! Don't get me started! Well, okay since you asked... - Another Apogee Rosetta 800 - 1 is just not enough! - A UAD Card - A really nice smooth sounding condensor (will have to audition some...) - More mic stands and xlrs (always running out!) Oh, the list goes on but those things will have to wait till my birthday... |

I had a couple of Christmas worth just some weeks ago. I don“t deserve anything for Christmas. ... But if I could get my hands on a SP mic next year I would try to get one. ( Have only one mic that can meet the rig without necktie.) Ruphus

Jules - have you compared the Sony TransMod to the Waves TransX - I need to get one of these, and I'm looking for real world comparisons. However, I have to agree on the Cranesong Phoenix - what an amazing plug in, and not even all that expensive compared to some of the other plugs out there. And one to add for the ProToolers wish list - the URS Classic Console EQ plugs - These and the Oxford (w GML) are all the EQ anyone needs. |

5 down... When i finnished a job last week a mate of mine had jsut finnished baking a 'special' chocolate mudcake... the thing was it had a radioactive green tinge to it!!!! ..Needless to say he didnt move from the couch for ages. However he LOVED the mixes and wanted them played back LOUD!!! Cheers Wiggy |

A couple of weeks ago I watched my nephew eating such a green piece of bread on a party ( he has not too much experience with radioactivity ) and he asked every ten minutes whether there should be a couch effect now and the people each time replied "yes, yes". It looked so funny seeing him on the search for the suspected bang while it actually takes about two hours to take place. Anyway, that piece he ate was just too small at all to even make a budgeriar stoned. Ruphus |

you should check out the herman miller "caper" desk chair. here it is. they make one for $200 on casters and one for $400 that is height adjustable and on typical office chair rollers. its molded plastic, so not as soft as the aeron, but it sits you up just right and the plastic is ventilated, which keeps me cooler... i think that's which one is on my list, at least. -adam- | |

I prefer to think of the Herman Miller chairs as "fart-through" technology.
