Hello fellow slutz. I am currently revamping a small radio facility here in New York. They have a very old console, about 16 years old, and the owners want to get a new one. Personally, I'm not very familiar with Broadcast consoles. Which consoles do you recommend for radio? The budget is $6,000.00 Also, what place is a good place to buy a broadcast console? Thanks to anybody, who can help me out. Spiros

Many facilities are now going with Klotz consoles, which are pretty nice units actually. Pity the old Ward Becks are going the way of 2" but that's progress...or not, however you happen to look at it Here's a link http://www.klotzdigital.com/america/products/dc2a.php Cheers Rick

I don't remember what console it was. I will be going there this Friday to see for sure. The engineer there told me though, that it's falling apart, and that they've had it for 16 years, and when they first got it, it was already used about 4 years. Thanks.
