Any difference in these other than name and age?

Not really, but the new TransformerLess version (TL) of the 4006 is supposed to have a much better bass response and a cleaner sound.

no real diferences other than the name change. we have a few stereo pairs that are the older name/model numbers that we sent back to dpa to match sets for recording in 4ch surround. so far we have been vary pleased with the results of the new matched sets. just make sure you are comparing apples to apples. i think some of the model numbers might have changed around but for the most part i think they have been pretty consistent. call dpa in colorado they are super helpfull in there customer service and sales departments. aaron |
