Question Need to rent mics for orchestra recording in LA

I am looking to rent a pair of small capsule uncolored omni mics for recording a orchestra in a church. Does anyone know where I can go to rent mics like this in LA?

Thanks!

Earthworks omnis are about as uncolored as you can get. Also keep in mind that a lot of color will come from your preamp, if you can get your hands on a melenia pre then your set. It's the cleanest preamp I've heard.

As for where to rent...sorry i'm about 300 miles north and couldn't say.

good luck,

Hollywood sound/Audio Rents have DPA 4006's in their stock. Design FX, if I remeber correctly has MKH20's. Not much in town in the way of Schoeps omnis (lots of cardiods and mk 41's, though).
