Paul career speaks for itself

The man helped bring some of the best songwriting and music to the world. But his singing was a little less than what it has been. Could it have been the mixing??? It sounded like It was totally dry no reverb.
Funny no one has mentioned any of the country performers. IMHO To tell you the truth, I thought they stole the show: Keith Urban, Faith Hill and Sugarland, more feeling, honesty, and energy and talent, plus the sound was better. Except for The engineers or whoever, were talking during Sugarlands performance and somehow managed to sent it out over the broadcast sound.

I thought the Stones stunk it up at the Super Bowl, although as always Cholly Watts was rock-steady. Very disappointing choice of songs. When I saw them in Charlottesville in the fall, they were amazing. The song list was incredible, blending predictable hits with "deep cuts".

They're only human, as is Sir Paul. As My Dad used to say "When you're a professional, you can't hit an home run every time you step up to the plate". (He was a professional baseball player)

He is 63 years old and has delivered a list of songs to the human race that reads like a "best of" for pop music. Anything other than humble respect from you clowns is just testimony of your own ignorance.

Just my opinion
Ditto, I saw him in Miami at the first show of the tour and it was unbelievable, I will never gorget it. Great set, sound, energy and a piece of music history right in front of my eyes. I took my parents who grew up with the Beatles and they had tears in their eyes.

If you truly know anything about music, you can't deny Paul's contribution. As far as the Grammys, I thought it was great too, he's 63 for Christ's sake and he can put on a show that blows away most acts of today. Even if it isn't perfect, I forgive him...he's f****g Paul McCartney....that's all that counts for me.
