...and from Denmark

I'm not a friend of Facebook [or most of the other so-called social network sites for that matter] But Gearslutz is usually a fine place sharing views and info about one of the most interesting subjects; that is if you stay away from those discussions that involves ego's struggling about right and wrong, even though it's obvious that it doesn't lead to anything.

But then again, maybe it's just like GS's visual interface, it's ugly but it's also part of it's charm

Happy New Year to all..!

Yes, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to us all. What a year it has been. 2011 will be a better one. And Santa is dropping off all that good gear we have secretly coveted. I am just hoping for another year of good health and happiness. I wish it for all of you, too. Some really slutty gear would be nice. But not necessary.

No, but we are having the wettest season in memory.

I wish you all a merry christmas from an extremely cold and snowy Sweden. This Gearslut board and forum is a warm and cozy place all year so I send out my thanks and hope for yet another great year for all of you

Happy Christmas

I'd like to second Mats in wishing you all happy holidays and a terrific new year from Sweden!

In this time of year, I think of the first Decca tree, commented upon to resemble a 'bloody Christmas tree'.
Hope all your Deccas are properly decorated then and that you'll find great gear underneath (we don't do the stockings thing in Sweden, we put the gifts under the tree).

Seasonal greetings to all!

Audio related technology is making my Christmas a little brighter - a special digital radio channel provided by our national broadcaster, with tasteful classical seasonal content and no announcements, in stark contrast to the kind of dumbed-down seasonal music in shopping malls, designed perhaps to encourage you not to shop there until the post-Christmas, post-seasonal-musak sales.

Happy Christmas

Christmas Day here in Slovakia where all the snow melted the day before Christmas Eve.

But it's good to be with my wife's family at this time. Though a Slovak Christmas is very different from an English one, I like it very much.

My new MKH 8020s and Neumann DMI-2Ps should be waiting for me to collect when I get home.

I hope you are having a great Christmas.
