Exclamation

Bl**dy Hell!

In posting that last link to Grace Design, I have just noticed the new m903.

Now I will have even less money.

The combinatation of an asynchronous USB interface, a DAC and a headphone amp is the same box is very interesting indeed. Thanks for the link.

3/8". According to my records I got mine online from Online Metal Store | Small Quantity Metal Orders | Metal Cutting, Sales & Shipping | Buy Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Stainless | Metal Product Guides at OnlineMetals.com, but that was 2 years ago so I don't know if they still carry it.

By the way, another trick with the Sabra-Som bar is to use it vertically for ORTF arrangements. By orienting the mic holders at 120 degrees (two "faces" over on the hex bar) you are close to the 110 degree ORTF standard and can adjust to taste. It's a good substitute for the Shure A27 bar. Also, with a long rod you can get a bit more height from your stand this way too.
