"Learn" button only finds a fundamental frequency of the hum, not the phase relationships (and it can be slightly off from 50 or 60 Hz).
I've found that in many cases the Denoiser module does a better job on Hum than a set of notch filters in Hum Removal module. Denoiser's separate tonal/random controls make it very flexible.

Even if the mains are slightly off from 50 or 60 Hz (and maintaining accurate mains frequency is pretty important in all power distribution systems due to the use of synchronous motors that rely upon a precise line frequency), all you need to do to nail the harmonics is to define a notch filter that is just a tad fatter (i.e. broader Q) to allow for any potential drift from dead-on values of 50 / 60 Hz and their harmonics.

To see that with precision just means you have to select enough lines in the FFT (at that, along with sample rate governs the delta f (spectral resolution) one gets from the FFT), but once you do that you'll know about the problematic frequency(ies) with high precision.

Since I don't have the module(s) I can't say, but it's interesting that there are tonal/random controls in the denoiser module...this piques my curiousity as to the functionality and methodology.

So, I'll ask the question once more...off hand, what does the app cost? Can you get a full-featured trial version for download?
