Talking Get off my Freakin' Bus!!! My first Text-to-Movie directorial debut

I took that infamous Buddy Rich transcript and turned it into a Text-to-Movie clip on xtranormal.com...

Check it out before it gets censored.

Get off my Freakin' Bus!!! Rev2

I plan to do a G rated version any second now.

Let me know what you think?

I have some excellent ideas that I will lay on you folks in the coming weeks.

Stay tuned!

So, I guess you don't like my cuts.
What about the emotions and movements; anything good there?

I liked it! I thought the post-modern sensibility, and monologue where the character is expressing his thoughts to the empty subway car, really captured an essential truth of modern living: we are all seething with frustrations we are not able to express.

Well, I'm a Buddy Rich fan, and I thought your video was excellent. I know that tirade, of course, and it was great to see your interpretation. Thanks.

Thanks!

The Text-to-Movie software was a bit daunting.
Some of the cuts were off the mark and a real hassle to fix quickly, so I left them in. I will get better at it as time permits.

I cannot believe it has received over 200 hits in the first 90 minutes it has been up.
Perhaps I should have remixed it;-)

Steve, you know the old saying: "All that hits is not gold."

(There's probably an older saying that makes more sense, but that's what we got to work with these days.)

"...wanna f*ck with me on the bandstand?"
Haha what a hard ass. Incredibly stubborn.

Makes my grampa laugh every time, gotta show him this!

Thanks Steve.

Yeah, folks should definitely listen to the original before they view this clip.
You will understand the intensity of his tirade much better than my movie can provide.

...and, saxophones; you got to be fcukin' kidding me!

For all who are unfamiliar, here's a link to the recorded tirade:
