This is a band I keep seeing at Troy Night Out, and they have finally tipped over into really good, like the lead singer is wrenching his authority right out of the thin air... and nobody starts out that way. They were tucked into the vast concrete "under plaza" of a condemned City Hall, which made for a pretty acoustic little Hollywood Bowl... a little eerie thrown in.
