Talking gypsy swing jazz recording

Hi Everybody!
I am about to record a gipsy swing jazz band consisting of upright bass, lead acoustic guitar, rythm acoustic guitar, sax, trompet and trombone.
I have the following mics:
1x Neumann CMV
1x Royer R122
1x MD421
2x Brauner Phantom C
2x Neumann KM184
1x Electrovoice RE20
1x SM57
1x AKG C3000

And the preamps:
2x Brent Averill 1272
4x API 312
2x Telefunken 676a
2x Telefunken 672
some other lower quality preamps...

I would use Apogee Ensemble conversters.
My question is: which combination of which device with which instrument would you choose?
I am very excited about this recording, as the band is damn good and I would like to get the best results technically.
Any feedback is appreciated! Thanks!
George
