teddy, i bet you cannot sing that bad even on purpose. to massacre a piece of music this badly, you must inherently have no sense of pitch or rhythm whatsoever.

Yeah she possibly has a few minor timing issues but nothing that couldn't be fixed with spending 7K on a new mic, 4K on a nice channel strip and maybe another 3K on an amazing A/D converter.

7k mic fixing timing issues... ZOMG! Imagine if someone makes a mic that quantizes signals... maybe one for AES 42

That's a lotta lessons. How old did you say she was ? Let's see this is 2010 so MAYBE by 2040 if she works real hard at it.......

On the other hand she might be onto the "next big thing". I've never heard bars of 7/4 interact that way over straight 4/4 before.

"Find your groove, this is our generation..."

Sung like that? God, were truer words ever spoken!

It's part of the requirement for working in the recording industry that you approach unfamiliar music and musicians with tolerance, respect, and an open mind.

But I think there are occasions when an exception has to be made.

Wow. There was something about the pitch shifts (in the backing too??) which made me feel physically queasy. Next time the invader comes, play this loud.

Gotta be a joke! - acapella vocals have surely been lifted from something completely unrelated, and someone has created an awesome early 80's disco track with very loud simmons - total mash-up

Mrs. Elva Miller

Elva Miller was no slouch either. I am not sure whether it was her singing or her whistling which is more enchanting. You be the judge:

You felt the need to emphasize that it wasn't real?
