I'll be there in July... but only for a couple of days visiting a friend in Sunbury, after a audio/video gig at Coventry. It's a pretty small gig, anyway...

Fleetwood as an entity are gone, but anyone doing a gig and needing a big OB truck can try Red-TX. Some of the ex-Fleetwood people are part of RedTX.

And of course, Red TX have Tim Summerhayes on board.

There's also Will Shapland mobiles. This is a total guess, but between them, RedTX and Will probably do 70% of the large scale shows in the UK... especially those going out live.

But hi Jeff, good to speak to you earlier.

I am based in Oxfordshire but record in London more than my home area.

I specialise in location classical - piano a speciality, but have done others including Opera.

Boxcars Productions (myspace) - good friends of mine, I haven't spoken to them lately but before I left London they were first call for any location recording last.fm or Rockfeedback (among others) were doing... They might be on tour with someone right now but worth a call

Tim summerhayes (and ollie nesham and matt) are now with red TX.. fleetwood is indeed gone.. Red TX have a truck with studer vista 8 or derig with studer stagebox..

I have no doubt that our own LX3 is the real deal also..

You might want to have a look at Floating Earth who have a good truck and also there is a guy called Pete Austin who runs a truck with Sony DMXR-100 / SIU and Pyramix - he does a lot of concert live CDs on the night type gigs if this is what you're looking for. I've got a Sadie LRX myself so if its a digital desk particularly with Madi and you simply want to track it, that will do up to 64 tracks or better to go with 48 and use a 16 channel mic card to capture some audience mics etc. It only takes up one seat in the venue but if your needs are greater than that Red TX, Float or Pete's truck are the ones to go for.
