O well I'm glad it wasn't me!

Cheers
I remember seeing one of the first shows after John died. Everyone was interested as to how Pino would be received and how he would play. I recall alot of talk about him not wanting to offend by trying to emulate John. So I think he emulates the records without emulating John. Probably for the best. I think he does the best job that can be done.

But did anyone else notice what looked like lip syncing at 2:45 on this video?

YouTube - The Who Superbowl Half-time Show Part 2
That is when they had a sync issue, because my system flickered and input 1 on my projector came up, I did not last long and got back in sync. This issue happens all the time on pre recorded stuff on idol, Its almost got where I cannot watch any kind of pre recorded stuff off Idol which is Fox crap network.

Btw, if the entire show was fake I would not be surprised, superbowl always does this stuff, even Ms Queen was all pre recorded.

I go to Mcmaster University, a respected University in Canada (Near Toronto), and I'm studying French Literature, if you'd really like to know. Some of you guys need to stop having prejudices against people. The world doesn't always evolve around audio engineering, and I personally wouldn't put all my eggs in the same basket. Now are you going to pick on me because I'm french?!?

No. We're going to pick on you because you're Canadian.

I think the best Super Bowl halftime show in years was Tom Petty & HBs.
They played entire songs and played the set like a concert.

I hate those hit medleys.

I thought the Who rocked. Great songs for sure, everyone in the stadium was singing along. Fun stuff...
